Tom is the Founder Emeritus of T. A. Davis & Associates. He founded the company in 1979, committed to providing a service organization dedicated to helping his clients succeed by filling key executive and management roles. Over the past 43 years Tom has conducted or overseen 1500 successfol searches for critical positions with the company's clients
Tom, along with his company, has served as a consultant to a wide range of hotel, restaurant, club and other organizations throughout the country. Tom holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Tom is an avid golfer and he and his wife enjoy two adult children.
