Janece Marzano
President
Janece brings over 24 years of expertise in recruitment, grounded in a deep understanding of people and workplace dynamics. She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology and Professional Counseling, beginning her career in substance abuse treatment facilities and domestic violence shelters. Although this early work differed from the path she would eventually take, it built the foundation for her unique, people-centered approach to talent acquisition.
A few years later, Janece discovered an unexpected opportunity in recruitment—one that allowed her to apply her psychological insight in a new and impactful way. She quickly learned to translate her counseling background into assessing talent, understanding motivations, and matching candidates to environments where they would thrive.
She began her recruiting career within the hospitality industry, focusing on high-volume hourly roles for clients such as theme parks, restaurant groups, casinos, hotels, and resorts. From there, she transitioned into executive search, continuing her work in hospitality before expanding into a broad range of industries including finance, private equity, real estate, construction, manufacturing, home services, healthcare, security and many more.
Throughout her career, Janece has partnered with both global enterprises and national organizations. She is known for her ability to identify talent that aligns not only with technical requirements but also with the cultural DNA of the companies she represents. Janece prides herself on truly understanding her clients’ needs and consistently delivering candidates who grow with the organization, contribute meaningfully, and stay for the long term—ultimately strengthening her clients’ operational and financial success.
Janece began working for TA Davis & Associates as a Recruiter in 2015 and in 2025 took over leadership from the retiring founder, Tom Davis. Janece continues to lead the firm with the principles set forth by Tom; integrity, reliability, partnership and professionalism.
