Janece Burke has sixteen years experience in recruitment. Her early career was focused on recruitment of hourly and seasonal staff throughout the hospitality industry. Next, she transitioned into recruitment of executive professionals for multiple industries.
At T. A Davis, Janece specializes in identifying top talent for both corporate roles and executive property level positions. Her completed search list includes, but is not limited to positions of Vice President of Operations, Regional Director of Human Resources, Hotel General Manager, Executive Chef and Regional Finance Directors. Her clients, who continue to seek her expertise on multiple roles, include luxury hotels and resorts, restaurant groups, construction companies, senior living, private equity firms and private clubs.
With a Masters degree in Counseling, Janece uses those skills to identify the cultural and technical fit of a candidate to a client. Her goal is always to discover a long term fit for both, and one that brings her client a better bottom line. By staying focused on the total candidate, not just the resume, Janece continues to be a success who is sought out for her expertise. Many of Janece’s candidates have become clients who ask her to help them with their management staffing.
Janece lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her husband and two sons and enjoys kickboxing, reading, being with family and friends and keeping up with the energy level of her two boys!
