Tom Davis founded T.A. Davis & Associates in 1979 as a company dedicated to helping clients in the hospitality industry find and attract professionals that would help their companies achieve success.

After working as an individual practitioner for several years, Tom began building a staff of service-minded professionals that shared a philosophy of building relationships and dedicating themselves to producing results for their clients.

Over the years the company has expanded its client base to assist organizations in a variety of industries. We now identify and attract professionals for a wide range of executive and management positions.
